The Honor 700 Pro comes with heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring features

A new leak reveals that the Honor 700 Pro will support advanced health-tracking features, including heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen (SpO2) measurement.

According to the leaks, both the standard Honor 700 and the 700 Pro models will utilize built-in sensors to track cardiac and respiratory indicators, such as heart rate (beats per minute) and blood-pumping efficiency.

It is likely that the devices will employ optical PPG (photoplethysmography) sensors or electrical circuitry to measure changes in blood volume and cardiac activity directly from the phone itself.

While such health features are typically found in smartwatches, Honor is following Huawei’s lead by integrating technologies—such as ECG (electrocardiogram) capabilities—directly into its smartphones. A notable example is the tri-fold Mate XT 2, which provides detailed health reports and real-time alerts regarding heart health.

The Honor 700 Pro is expected to allow users to monitor their heart rate and blood oxygen levels directly via the device, offering an experience similar to that recently introduced by Huawei. The company may begin officially teasing this feature on its platforms in the coming days.

The Honor 700 series is now available for pre-order through Honor’s official store and major Chinese e-commerce platforms, such as Tmall and JD.com, with exclusive offers available to those who place a 100-yuan deposit.
