Samsung launches One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite in South Korea

Samsung has now started pushing the One UI 9.0 update based on Android 17-to the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. Sam Mobile reports that all Galaxy Tab S10-series devices have now been updated to the new version.

The update for the Galaxy Tab S10+, Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S10 FE, and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ was released on 5 November and the Tab S10 Lite was the last Tab S10 device to receive the upgrade.

The update is rolling out in South Korea at the moment weighing in at 2,803.90 MB with version number X400XXU8DZJ6. Samsung should roll out the update to other countries soon. To check if it is rolling to your device, head over to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

With the update, users will also see additional customization tools for Quick Panel. A new section "Warranty and care" is included in the Settings menu as well as a location privacy indicator. Other improvements include enhancements in Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes, Samsung Health, and the several features of accessibility.

The device first arrived with One UI 7.0 (based on Android 15) and promised seven major OS updates. The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite gained two OS upgrades with this latest release. That means five are still to come, which includes One UI 9.5 and One UI 10.0.

This arrives as part of the wider One UI 9 distribution that the update recently delivered to the Galaxy A54, A26, A27, A34 and A15 4G. We've listed all Samsung Galaxy phones that have received Android 17 and Samsung has entered One UI 9.5 beta on the Galaxy S26.
